To us this is more than just a catchphrase - it sums up how we take care of quality right the way through the supply chain. It starts on our fishing boats, where the fish are gilled and gutted on board, then undergoing an immediate fast temperature reduction process before being stored in sea ice, greatly reducing the chance of bacterial ingress while maintaining the fish at a peak freshness. Immediately the processed fish reach shore they are transported in our own refrigerated transport to our export factory, where all care is taken to ensure a top quality product. We are able to produce a range of both chilled and frozen seafood products including our range of seafood Soups and Stocks.
